I placed an order online at this Subway location using a deal, and I was hoping for a smooth, grab-and-go experience. The whole point of ordering ahead, to me, is to avoid the lines and minimize interaction just pick up and go. When I walked in, I noticed my sandwich sitting behind the counter instead of in the pickup area. I get that some stores might keep orders there for security or accuracy, but it kind of defeats the purpose of contactless pickup when you still have to wait and ask for it.
