I have ordered from this particular subway several times always had a good experience today I went and ordered. The bread was stale, hard and stale. The sandwich was terrible. What’s going on?????
Super quick- I ordered on the app- my order was correct.
Man and woman behind the counter were so unfriendly and only doing mobile orders, the man kept picking his pants up over and over with and without the gloves, the woman laid the receipt paper for online orders directly on top of the sandwiches she was making, so people are definitely eating ink and paper bits, the line was almost out the door and they kept accepting only online orders more than 5 customers walked out while we were waiting after 25 mins and never being greeted or even apologizing for the wait we left and went... read more
Kita and Claude were killing it despite the huge line. Wish they had more help to focus on the long online orders….
