They were out of the new sub stuff (which is totally fine) but the girl in there she has black hair was very rude and had a condescending attitude about the whole situation I went in asking if they had bc they had been out of stock the time I went before and she got mad at me and told me to go read the signs and I was very cordial about it and said I was just seeing if you guys restocked
I’m guessing it’s the same employee who everyone else has a negative experience with as well, but the girl sure is rude and needs to be reminded of customer service etiquette. The sad thing, I believe she is the manager.
Brittany (may not exactly be her name, but close. You'll know her when you hear the condescending attitude) is on a roll! She has gotten our order wrong every single time! No matter how many times you tell her the bread, cheese, toasted/not toasted, she will do as she pleases! The guys working with her I'm assuming are fairly new, they were kind, listened carefully, and did very well!
Brittani makes my dinner most nights and she does a fantastic job
