On September the 28th around 1pm I received the most hateful and disgusting behaviour from one of your employees. I’m assuming I interrupted whoever she was on the phone with as she went behind the counter she says what kind of bread do you want? She threw it on the counter and I was telling her how I wanted my sandwich, but she didn’t want to fix it the way I wanted it fixed. I said are you I a bad mood So I said nevermind And proceeded to leave the store and she tells me and don’t you come back in here.
Whatever management is paying Omar it isn't enough, I have never felt so welcome in a Subway, he was holding down the entire store by himself and conversating with me as if we were best friends that went back twenty years. Best experience I've had in a subway, exclusively thanks to him.
The lady that is working in the subway says she has been working in the subway for the past two years by herself. I don’t know who owns the subway, but I don’t think you should give her five dollars more on the hour and plus get this poor lady a three week vacation with pay. I sat inside there and ate my lunch and this lady really works hard and you should really show your appreciation to her . Your store would be closed or you would have to run it yourself. Shame on you. The 5 Stars go to the Lady.
Always say youre open but no one is there, the lights are out, open signs off. Do better!
When I approached the door, it was locked. The employee told me he was “using the bathroom.” Once he finally let us in, I mentioned that I had coupons. His response was, “I’m new,” followed by an eye roll. At that point, I turned to my son and said we would just get pizza instead. As we were leaving, he said, “Yes, good, I can go back to cursing these people out.” This entire interaction was extremely disappointing.
