I just walked into the subway in Buena Vista, Virginia. There was nobody in there just me and the worker said I’ll be right with you and so the next five minutes she’s filling up lettuce and filling up this and filling up that and never took my order as I’m standing there waiting she ignored me so guess what you won’t be getting my business anymore. Sorry your workers need to learn a little bit about customer service if you ask me.
Every time we go here the order is wrong every time, this is seriously making a sandwich, not that hard.
No customers in line. 2 employees talking behind counter. Ignored me. After waiting for about a minute, I left.
This place is an absolute joke, this is the amount of meat you can expect on your sub and if you complain about it you'll get even less next time and the owner will do absolutely nothing about it. I wouldn't come back to this location even if everything was free.
