In a Petro Raphine VA subway store in morning shift there is a very rude person I have cancel my order because she not want do the sandwich as I want alleged is not their policy just because I asked put cheese on top of ham. She doesn’t know basic of customer service she brings her bitterness to customer….
Both associates, Steph and Gage, were good. They even wrapped our subs separately since we were splitting them, and included extra napkins. Great service and delicious food.
Worst subway ever 23$ for a sub and when I said I want meat on before the cheese they refused and told me they could get fired for doing so wanted mayo and mvp dressing after my veggie same thing told me it’s against policy and can get fired for doing so I have never bin to a subway that would not make it the way you want it done will never come back also charger me for triple meat I did not ask for
