I have some food allergies and the ladies always remember to wash their hands and change their gloves before making my sandwich. The two usual nighttime closers (tall blonde lady and a shorter girl with glasses) always say hello and ask how I'm doing. They make quick weeknight dinner pickup a lot more pleasant than a drive thru.
Cursing and talking bad about customers IN FRONT of customers is extremely bad service. Cheryl is hateful and rude. She shouldn’t be in any type of service. Idk if Amir still runs this store or not, but he should be ashamed of his staff if he is.
I see the reviews on here bashing the employees for being slow but let me say one thing about it, was it slow? Yes. Was every single sandwich cared for with such precision, that it could have been the new picture on their menus? Also yes. Absolutely delicious. Absolutely beautiful. Perfect ratios of everything. And? The people in there were so kind to us while we waited *patiently*.
Great experience
