Staff is not the problem. The online ordering is. I could have been in and out of here in 3 minutes but the app screwed us, we did not get the discount for using the app and honestly ruined part of our day. Big Loss subway.
This location does not accept the coupons that you receive in the mail.
Went in last week with a paper coupon for “buy a footlong get a 6 inch free” that had been mailed out, but upon walking in, was immediately told that it wouldn’t work because of a “new system” and there was apparently nothing they could do. The coupon was valid, so why not just honor it? Ended up going to sheetz across the road instead.
Staff making sandwiches were great but store refused to take the coupons mailed out to the Draft residents. Was told their system wouldn't accept them. They have the same system other stores have. The old owners took the coupons!
