I ordered the garlic philly cheese steak and after getting home and opening my sandwich it was missing the garlic aioli and the cheese sauce that were supposed to be the main selling points for that sandwich.
If I could give this a 0/5 review I would. As someone that worked at this location several years ago I understand how this franchise treats their employees, but the lack of customer service now is disappointing. I had placed an online order, and showed up a few minutes early in the drive thru. I saw two cars out front so I understood they may not get to me right away, but I waited over 10 mins without even a “hello” or “we’ll be right with you”.
