I went here for take-out and got two sandwiches. Perhaps the poorest attitude of a fast food restaurant employee that I've seen in a VERY LONG TIME. My initial thoughts were, if you hate your job, quit. This might be the first time I haven't left a tip for meal. The attitude of this young lady convinced me that no tip was warranted.

I ordered a meatball marinara sub with American cheese and parmesan cheese on the app. Picked up my order and this is what I received. No cheese...hardly any marinara sauce! Pretty much plain meatballs on bread. Unacceptable. I tried emailing customer service about my experience but haven't received a reply. Not happy and doubtful I'll be returning to this location.

I went there today and placed an order for four foot-long subs. When I asked them to use clean knives because I’m allergic to Meat, they continued with swirling the knife in the water box that’s already present in the sub station. The employee there was super rude. Every time I would tell her extra of a topping she would put a little. And to top it all off, they Forgot to put my cookies. I’ve called them multiple times to let them know about the cookies and they would not answer never coming here again.
