I highly recommend using ANY other Subway than this location. Bought and paid for a sandwich in the app and when I got there they told me they didn’t have the order. I showed them the app and that it was paid for and they refused to make the sandwich because they hadn’t received the order. The staff member I spoke to was rude and unprofessional and told me it was my responsibility to contact corporate to get a refund and refused to give me my money back or simply make my paid for sandwich.
It’s Subway. The bar is not high but I am always disappointed. The workers there are unfriendly and they do not speak English — like none at all. Not sure why they haven’t learned because those same workers have been there for 1 year+
I was standing in line waiting for my turn when it came to my turn, he thought I had a big order and I only had three subs so he wanted to take the people behind me first like I wasn’t just waiting for nothing so I went to the other one because that was pretty rude to me What’s the point of having a line if you’re not gonna use it and just let anybody cut through. I am a person too
Bought a 6 in Philly sub with small pop and chips was $9.70. left and ate them saw a charge of $12.70. the server gave themselves a $3.00 tip. Noticed she kept receipt. Called and never any manager. Scam artists. Barely any meat
Terrible location. I paid for double meat and receive less than a regular serving of meat. Pretty much stole the difference. Would give 0 if I could. AVOID THIS LOCATION
