We were trying to place an order online. The website is down so we called in. They would not take our order. They said other people can order online. Worst service I’ve ever seen will never ever go there again.
I got a cold cut combo on flat bread with everything on it and it was delicious! I even got excellent customer service! Shout out to Shelby for being such a sweetie! Store was very clean!
Food is subway so what you would expect. Manager and staff on morning crew are literally mean as hell. Worst customer service I've had in a long time and it's a recurring issue ( I usually go there all the time at like 5-6pm (when they're not there) and never had a single problem. I ordered online then drove to pick up my order, should of been an easy pick up but it wasn't. The front counter was empty except for a lady building a customer's sandwich, she would not even look at me. I spoke up and said I was here to pick up my order; she said to wait.
