Food is subway so what you would expect. Manager and staff on morning crew are literally mean as hell. Worst customer service I've had in a long time and it's a recurring issue ( I usually go there all the time at like 5-6pm (when they're not there) and never had a single problem. I ordered online then drove to pick up my order, should of been an easy pick up but it wasn't. The front counter was empty except for a lady building a customer's sandwich, she would not even look at me. I spoke up and said I was here to pick up my order; she said to wait. I meant to write this review earlier and had honestly thought I had submitted but I saw that I had not. The food there was alright but my cousin who I had sent in to pay for food said that the worker there (skinny white male with black hair) was rude and unhelpful. My cousin (who is younger) had trouble with the chip reader and the employee over the transaction just shrugged his shoulders repeatedly until she eventually figured it out. Went in to get a salad for lunch and they remembered my usually order even though it’s been a bit since I was last in. Definitely gives an added touch when they remember those little details. Definitely will be going back as it’s close and convenient.
