They were out of lot today, which I fully understand for the reason I was given. It was a little disappointing to have a lot of my toppings had to be missed. However Manuel made up for it. He was very kind, very professional and just in a good mood and I appericate him making my sons sandwich. Since I also had an online order we had to wait because of the meatballs. Go to the store and I was told that they where only accepting online orders no in store order nor payments, very poor attitude from the personnel.
No one inside when I walked in. Young employee was talking to who I perceived as a buddy of his based on the conversation. He looked at me and kept talking to the guy. Stood there for about 45 seconds before he made a move to acknowledge maybe I wanted a sandwich. I asked for a 6" All-American Club on white. Went there on SAT APRIL 18TH arrived at 5:14pm left at 5:51PM We spent a good 45 mins waiting to be helped this employee CHARLES is so slow and puts no effort in to speeding up spent more time criticizing and talking smack about the other employee COTY which was MOVING FAST GETTING ORDERS OUT AND SUPER FRIENDLY he deserves a raise, charles just needs to be retrained.
Forgot cookies and several chips. When called they said they could not do anything.more than 10.00 worth. Disabled family and have no access to go get them. This is just wrong.
