My family and I stopped in today and Manuel’s customer service was the light of our afternoon, he was so pleasant in helping us with our order. I went to the assistant manager seated at a booth to let her know how grateful we were to have been served with such a wonderful attitude. Seemingly annoyed at my interruption of whatever she was doing, her response was “K. I’ll tell the manager” Manager if you see this- Manuel deserves her job, he’d probably handle it with more grace and appreciation for the title.
10/7 7:30pm the restaurant is soooo dirty. The tables have crumb and stuff. The line is terrible. Gloves ALL over the floor, trash over flowing on to floor. 🤢🤮
Discusting. Got served a cold meatball sandwich. Asked for sluced avacado. Got mashed. And it's overly salted. And the bread was stale and dry. Gross.
Whoever made my sandwich tonight. Me and my child wish you the greatest week of your life. The sandwich was perfect
