They refused to give us the order we placed on their app, even after I showed multiple forms of proof that we ordered and paid for! Their app showed my order, with an order number, and my bank account showed the amount was taken out. But they claimed they couldn't find the order in their system! Like that's my fault there was a hiccup in their technology.
