CC was incredible. The visit was amazing!
These are two steak subs with 50% more protein. They also included extra cucumber, extra tomato, extra onion, cheese, lettuce, green peppers and banana peppers. They are just at 1 inch tall. Almost $30 worth of food. Plus they didn't include the requested oil and vinegar. Subway used to be one of my favorites. I'll probably never grace their doorstep again. This is the third order like this I've received. I'm done.
They where training someone at that time.the guy who was doing the training was very rude, the person whom was being trained may the visit pleasant. If it wasn't for him I would have walked out. His service and manners were excellent.
Worse subway ever experienced, where we wait 10 min and still were told to wait because he had to finish mobile orders. We asked how long would it take, and the response "It will take a while, you have to wait". Thank you so much for the customer service. There are other Subway in close by exits, prefer to stop there instead.
I walked in and waited in line like everyone else. I had placed my order online to use the “any footlong for $6.99” promotion, and when it was my turn I told the manager I had an online order but wanted it made in front of me. Instead of helping, she told me I had to go to the back of the line because it was an online order.
