Worse subway ever experienced, where we wait 10 min and still were told to wait because he had to finish mobile orders. We asked how long would it take, and the response "It will take a while, you have to wait". Thank you so much for the customer service. There are other Subway in close by exits, prefer to stop there instead.
I walked in and waited in line like everyone else. I had placed my order online to use the “any footlong for $6.99” promotion, and when it was my turn I told the manager I had an online order but wanted it made in front of me. Instead of helping, she told me I had to go to the back of the line because it was an online order. One of the worst experiences at a sub way I've ever had wants to worker proceed to put the oven mitts on with the food gloves then took the oven mitts off after taking the bread out of the oven and continue making customer subs without changing gloves I confronted the employee about it he just told me he did change his gloves after I clearly watched he didn't The service is impressively slow not sure how this place stays open Don't know which employee it was as they don't wear name tags but I will never come here again Keep ... read more
The absolute worst service. My wife and I have swung into here two times, and each time not one person answers the call box outside. We sat there for nearly 10 minutes today waiting for the first response. Nothing.
