Very disappointing experience at this Subway. We asked to use the restroom and the employee told us there was no public bathroom available. However, just a few minutes later another customer came in and, after speaking with the same employee, she opened the restroom for him. It’s hard not to feel like we were treated differently, and honestly it felt very unfair and disrespectful. All customers should be treated the same regardless of who they are. I got a sub and went to sit down but all the tables were dirty. It was morning and no other customers were there. I went to tell the subway employee, Jonathan, that the table I wanted to sit down at is dirty. He says ok. Then he loudly asks,"what are you trying to say to me!" I replied that I would like the table wiped cleaned before I seat down. I truly dont understand how this location is open. It doesnt matter the employee my food is never right I havent been to this location in over two years and I went today for the first time 01/05/26. They never have enough staff and this location is just terrible. Last time I complained to the GM they sent me a pre-written email basically saying they messed up but thanks for letting them know.something has to change.
