I placed an online order to be picked up at 12:10 on my lunch break at work. I get there it’s not ready and then I’m asked to wait 10 minutes while he prepares everybody’s food that was in the lobby. When I placed my order at 11 AM to be picked up at 12:10 PM, very dissatisfied.
