The older, short, black lady was working at 4:30 pm, on 9/17. We waited 15 minutes while she made sandwiches for doordash. Perfectly okay! She acknowledged us, so she knew we were there. Apparently, the computer had been down that entire time, and she waited until after she was done with doordash to tell us. Absolutely ridiculous. Wasted 15 minutes when we could have been somewhere else. Terrible customer service.
