The Subway in Gastonia is a fantastic option for a quick and satisfying meal. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they do a great job of quickly putting together your sandwich just the way you like it. The ingredients always seem fresh, and it's nice to have a reliable place to get a good sub with so many options to choose from. It's a clean, efficient, and friendly spot that consistently delivers on what you want from a great Subway experience.
The food is decent. Employees have poor hygiene practices. One of the employees dropped the oven plate on the floor. But without cleaning it or using a new plate, she just picked it up and used the same plate for everyone. This is not a healthy practice. We don’t know what kind of microbes lives there on the floor. Please avoid these unhygienic practices.
Service was very good. They were training a new guide to make our sandwich and he did great! It was delicious! Thank y'all!
