This was one of the better Subways I have been to. Attentive staff.
I put in an online order for two sandwiches made with ham. When I got there, they said they didn’t have ham, so I put in for a refund. I never got that refund. I was in contact with the manager and they said they would be investigating it. It’s been 2 months now and I’ve tried reaching out multiple times and I’m just ghosted. Never coming here again.
My online order was sent to an out of state location. When I came to pickup they told me there was nothing they could do and I would have to drive 2 hours to pick up my sandwich. Excellent way to lose a customer for life.
Great place. The guy working there was chill. Straight to the point. Got me exactly what I asked for and wasn't stingy. Shout out to him by the way. He was great. Overall a great experience!
