I placed an order online here; only to get there and there was one employee there taking forever on the subs. Waited in line for at least 10 minutes cause my food wasn’t ready, then get to him and the employee claims they never got the order. I show him my online order, tries to tell me it probably went to the wrong address, show him the address is correct, tells me he can’t do anything I need to contact his manager later that day. Only have one guy make food when it's literally the busy time. Hire more help.
The gal who was working was wonderful! Unfortunately she was working alone as other workers did not show up! My heart went out to her but she kept a positive attitude! She deserves a big raise. Whoever was supposed to be working with her needs to be fired. She made an excellent BLT for me!!!
Guy didn’t change his gloves after touching the pos and making the next sandwich. Didn’t cut my sandwich in half and the service was rude.
