I've been there a few times with my brother and noticed that you will rarely see the same worker twice. Two days ago, I ordered 3 subs with the monthly coupon that was in the mail. Anyway, the worker that was doing the veggies buried all three sandwiches in very brown lettuce, really brown. I asked her to replace it with fresh lettuce, and what she told me was, " it came on the delivery, and it is to be used first, and their was nothing wrong with it". The bread was the freshest I’ve ever had! We ordered build your own subs with the rotisserie chicken and they were delicious! The service was amazing especially since they were dealing with some senior citizens who couldn’t make up their minds lol.
