Placed an online order, pickup time stated 12:10, arrived at 12:15, order was not even started, despite the order saying it was ready for pickup. I get things happen, but that doesn’t mean the employees have to ride as well. We ended up with our 2 sandwiches 27 minutes after they were marked ready for pickup.
This has happened to me at every subway where I put my online order in and then it’s not ready for over 30 mins past when it says it will be/when the systems says it has been finished. BUT this is the worst service I’ve had in response. The guy didn’t start our sandwiches until after we arrived because they didn’t have our bread. Instead of calling and asking if we wanted different bread, they waiting until we arrived, got through the line of customers, and THEN started our sandwiches. There were no apologies. Wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too much salt. Had to throw most of my sandwich away. I Doordashed it so I didn’t watch them make it. Very sad
