Lazy, rude employee wouldn't take my order at the drive through window when I explained I couldn't reach the touch screen outside. I asked her, what's the difference between taking my order right here at the window or me coming inside and you taking my order at the counter? Her response was, it defeats the purpose of having the touchscreen in the drive through. I come to Subway on my break and there was no one to work Subway but she was sitting in the truck the entire time and I asked how long the break was and they said that she should’ve already been back
