Gave me a frozen meatball sandwich and then didn't want to give me a refund. Try to lie and say I paid with card when I paid with cash. They don't cook the food properly here, DO NOT EAT HERE!!!
AWFUL. They don’t accept app coupons. Yelled at me when I said I didn’t want the sandwhich anymore since they wouldn’t use my app coupon…even though they scan the subway app when you pay? Told me to never come back to their store if I don’t have enough money to pay for my food. It wasn’t that I didn’t have enough money it’s the principle of paying 12 dollars for a sandwhich when the app says I can get it for 6. The WORST store EVER! Did the order online, the order was not difficult at all just extras added on, Of course they did not fix my sandwich correctly. When I called to complain, they did not want to fix the situation or even give me a store credit. Never again will I come to the subway and I will also spread the word so others will not come either. Ridiculous!
Very rude employees. They should be RETRAINED on customer service!
I placed an order through the mobile app. No where on the app did it say the west acres location wouldnt accept my order. I paid for my order, recieved an email stating it was confirmed and that I was charged on my card. Then I recieved a second email stating it was canceled. I went to the store and found the two employees sitting on their phones.
