Literally the worst subway I’ve ever had to deal with. So sad it’s went this down hill with building the new location that I can’t order from our local store. The past 3 times I’ve ordered on the app my sandwhich has been wrong. Then when I call and tell them they say the made the sand-which right and I’m wrong. They then called back and told me they can’t refund because I ordered on the app. The only option was to put the sand-which in the fridge at take it back tomorrow to have a new one made. Wonderful personalized customer service. Makes it just how you ask and great food
Long wait. Only 2 people scroll kids everywhere Went today.. 3 employees. Would have expected a little more sense of urgency ....sandwich was good...cookies were hard... ..old..? Went today...everything seemed fine...the young man went out for smoke break...when he came back inside...he went straight to the gloves and put some on without washing his hands...should practice better hygiene for food service 🤔
