I was in the drive through at this location 15 minutes before it closed at 9pm. The employees would not answer, so I drove up to the window and tried to get their attention, but they totally blew me off. Remember there still supposed to be open for business. They already had cleaned packed and didn't care a bit that they had a customer. Never will I go there again. This happen tonight 1/15/26. I hope the owner/manager reads these. We just went through the drive thru about 15 minutes ago and the lady taking our order was rude and you could 100% tell she hates her job and we ordered 2 sandwiches to be toasted. We got our sandwiches and one wasn’t toasted so we went back to get it toasted and when we went into the store we were not greeted and nothing was said to us the entire time we were in there. Usually I have a decent experience with this subway, but today was uncomfortable for both me and my friend. The glaring issue was the person working, Tyi'Neria, she was rude and unclear. She looked at me like I was stupid when I asked her a question, she also raised her voice at me and made the overall experience uncomfortable, and made me feel unwelcome.
