The customer service in the location was less than ideal. I understand the job is tough but at least pretend to care about the customer and treat them like a human. Took them a while to even acknowledge my existence when I walked in even though there was no other people in there. Their first greeting was "are you here for a pickup?" Update 6/27/26 Two rude children working. The order i placed, with my email as verification, was made wrong. I took it back to ve remade, offered my receipt to show in case there was a glitch. The two children chose to argue about it. I asked for a refund. Per the manager Greg Alexander, for "security reasons we don't allow the children access to provide refunds" so we'll see if i get one.
