I placed an order online and went in to pick up my order. i then go to fill my drink and there is no ice. which is fine i understand ice machines break but i then asked for a bottled drink instead and the worker there made it seem like the biggest inconvenience to them. Do they expect their customers to just drink hot soda?! Its a great location, always have a pleasant experience when picking up my food. I usually order online for pick up and its completed on time. The staff is always friendly and professional. The lobby is usually clean and has a cute environment.
Someone needs yo give this kid Malacchai some training. Ordered a footlong and the guy made a mess out of the Sub. The guy didn't care how he did it. He just cared that he was leaving at 6. Pretty bad attitude.
My father went to this subway to pick up sandwiches for the family, with 1 being a BLT and another being a chicken teriyaki sub. Whenever we've gotten these sandwiches, the workers always heat up the meats such as the bacon an chicken before placing it in the sandwich. When we opened up the sandwiches, the bacon was cold and the chicken was ice cold. Never have we ever had this problem before and I'm not sure if the meats are pre-cooked prior to reheating for sandwich assembly, but we are not taking the chance of getting sic... read more
