Messed up on my order and started ignoring my phone calls. I've literally told the workers three times what I wanted and they still messed up my order. Then to not reimburse me for what ive been charged and ignore my phone calls? Absolutely horrible customer service. Needs fixing immediately.
These people always seem so unhappy and judgemental.
Was met with a very rude woman at the counter. She did not understand the order correctly in first place and then we shared it as a concern, she threw racial remarks at us like “maybe that’s how things work in your country but not here”.
