Great service. Eddie was great and is a very warm person
Made an order at 11am to the subway on Neider Road Lawrence KS from the Subway App for 2 footlongs and used the coupon from the app. The associates made 2 6" subs. I called the store and was told to bring them back, no apology given. I went back to the store. The associate was argumentive, rude, and still no apology given. Very unprofessional
Truly a wonderful experience after not having been to subway in awhile. Lily was so kind, patient, and great to talk to! Definitely coming back because of how welcoming they are! Give Lily all the praise, flowers, and a raise!
