Review written 2/18/2026. Didn’t change gloves between roast beef sub and my veggie sub. Also they refused to take off a $2 coupon on the app with barcode to scan even though I read the terms and conditions and mine should have qualified. And person in front of me and myself had to both keep asking for “more” of each topping because they were putting tiny amounts It was tasty i guess but bread was too airy and dry This is located on the 2nd floor of the Galter building at Northwestern hospital
The Subway workers are very unprofessional at this location, I wouldn't recommend to go to this location, they give you attitude as soon as you walk in the door. I wish I can give it 0 stars but I gave it 1 star, trained your employees to be respectful to customers.
This subway is hard to find also the people that work here are very rude
Please do not order with this subway. They are very unprofessional, they don't make your food correctly & they customer service team is very rude & disrespectful!!!! I will never shop with them again.
