I arrived around 10 AM and found they have a metal plate covering the glass so that you can not see prepared meats and veggies during the ordering process. My plan was to order a tuna sandwich, but when I looked around the side of the metal plate, I noticed the tuna looked dried up and obviously leftover from the day before. I left without ordering.
I love this place. Service was accurate but it was a little slow… maybe had too many tables… my steak was cooked to perfection but another person in my party received the wrong steak.
Here at 7:55. Andrew refused me service when they close at 8. I drove 15 minutes out of my way. Unacceptable!
i came in about 30 minutes ago and the woman who helped us was incredibly kind and helpful. it really meant a lot and the food & service was wonderful! thank you so much :)
