I ordered through Subway app for 8:25pm pickup this evening. Picked up my order with no problem and she gave me a free cookie! Even though the website says they close 10pm they usually close early depending on the day/customers. I would recommend 5/5.
Hello, I am submitting a formal complaint regarding an unacceptable experience with a mobile order pickup at one of your locations. I placed and paid for a mobile order scheduled for pickup at 9:25 PM. I arrived at approximately 9:30. The store’s posted closing time was 10:00 PM, and the temperature outside was 17 degrees. This Subway is nasty and people are so rude Ordered 2 items and we only get one , I went there and asked for my missing item they said we don’t have any so i asked for refund they said we can’t refund that too. !! i loose my money !! don’t go there,Try to avoid this subway not recommending this store , Worst experience ever
If i could give a negative review i would. I arrive at 535pm on 12/17 and the lady said with a attitude “im closed, my sign been off.” I looked it up and its a whole hour early. My issue is the attitude she had. It seems like this location always has an attitude and just terrible customer service.
