Very poor customer service. My online order was incorrect, the employee was rude, and they were selling expired drinks. Instead of apologizing, offering a refund, or providing any compensation, I was simply told to grab another drink. I was also told that it is the customer’s responsibility to check expiration dates, which is completely unacceptable. 3 of us ordered online and paid separately. And just 2 of us went and also picked up for our colleague. Manager or shift leader said, "owner of the sandwich should come next time". This never happened to me before at other restaurants.
Love it
This is a good subway. It's hard to find as it's in the basement of a building.
