Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service from Saida. I came in and was being helped by a young man who was actually very sweet and polite. I simply asked if he could toast one of my sandwiches because I had forgotten to select it on the app. That’s literally all it was. Then Saida came over with a completely unnecessary attitude and said, “What’s going on here?” She took the sandwich away from him like I was causing some kind of problem.
