Ordered a steak salad made with spinach. Sit down to eat only to find out the $13 half salad they serve you is no good because the spinach is rotten. Employees acted stunned like they didn't know. One bite spit it out and threw it away. Subway's just a joke these days
Sold us fountain drinks while the fountain was down due to a water main break. Then disappeared into the back so we couldn’t exchange or refund them for something different.
Went in to order a Subway Club with added teriyaki chicken without the sauce. Basically added meat. She tried to charge me for a teriyaki chicken sandwich with all the added meats of a subway club for a total of $28 for just a footlong sandwich. I explained the price was wrong and the sandwich should be a subway club with added meat. She explained there no button for teriyaki chicken so she rang it up as a teriyaki sandwich. Waited 15 minutes for service after the gal working there went in the back an didn't come back out asked the people who worked in loves if this happened often said your not the first
