We came in at 4:45 pm to dine in. There were no customers in the store. There was one person working who said it’s going to be awhile before I even get to you. I have all of these online orders and this guy isn’t willing to clock in to help. The other employee just sat there and said well it’s five minutes before I’m supposed to be here. They just looked at us. We decided to leave. We will not be back.
Sooo slow, spent an hour in there for 3 sandwiches, one was working, while the other one was sleeping in the chair meant for customers. Not very clan place to want food
IM ABSOLUTELY PISSED we came in to get sandwiches and one the guy that talked to us was rude didn’t seem like he even know what was going on and we couldn’t even get our sandwiches we order of the app or a refund… needless to say SUBWAY IS A JOKE.
I had order two sandwiches through the app for lunch. The app said it would be ready at 1:05pm. My husband goes inside to pick up the sandwiches about 1:10pm. The two girls working hadn’t started making them yet. He went back inside about 1:20pm and they started making the sandwiches but weren’t done.
