We order here every week (sometimes twice a week). The food is always fresh and while the staff is new (sometimes twice in training) they are always friendly and engaging. How many restaurants have the kitchen open for all to see. And how clean is it? This Subway restaurant is always clean. I highly recommend it.

Absolute zero star. Worst customer service I have ever had at a subway location. Everytime I order I show up to get my food and I sit there and wait for 20 minutes for them to make it. Last time I put my order in online. Arrived when the app told me to and sat in the location for my entire lunch break and never received my food or anything.
Extremely slow and understaffed. I shouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes with 2 costumers ahead of me to get my food. They were out of most of the toppings and it ended up costing full price because this location doesn’t accept any promos. Extremely disappointed with this place:(
I placed an order through the App at 6:22PM on 4-9-26 and the App said I should be at the store by 6:35. I got there about this time and a person walked in the same time I did and that person walked to the counter and ordered their food, then paid and walked out with theirsandwich, after a wait. How does this happen when my order was placed before them through the App?
