Great food and super friendly staff!
Update July 2026. Still awful. Staff is incredibly rude and actually refused to make the sandwich as I asked. Left without food. Ordered using the app, both sandwiches had wrong items, not toasted, and the bacon was completely raw on both subs. They couldn’t give me a refund because the order was placed through the app and wouldn’t make new correct subs because they said the ones I was given were correct. Don’t eat here.
The staff is so sweet!
I ordered at the wrong location and refused to cancel my order and give me my money back people make mistakes not sure why I couldn’t get my money back
Don't eat at the subway Kent Rd in Kent the service is horrible they messed up our order and didn't even get my sub I got everyone else's but mine and my son and daughter was wrong had no cheese was supposed to be provolone and pepper jack they just sprinkle a tiny bit of grated Parmesan on them that is it and when trying to fix it they refuse supposed to be grand reopening keep this service up it will be a grand re closing picture provided all we did is open it up to take the pictures
