I usually love Subway, but this particular location near Stow, OH has been a complete disappointment it was the worst Subway experience I’ve ever had. I’ve had three separate experiences with this store, and not once did I receive my food. Twice, I drove to the store (from Kent), only to find it closed, even though it showed as open in the app and on Google Maps. The third time, I placed a mobile order. Says closed at 9:30. Placed an order for 8:45. Got there at 8:45 and it was closed, lights off, no one there. Took my money though!!!!
