Very slow service. Placed an order online and it was not ready until 20 minutes after the promised time. Just another reason why jersey mike's is better

This location is frustrating. I ordered 4 sandwiches for pick up. They were out of one ingredient so instead of calling to tell me, they just didn't make any of it. When I asked for a refund they told me to "disput it through my bank". I made the mistake of ordering again several months later hoping the first time was a fluke. Nope! I ordered a sandwich and bowl only to arrive to nothing being made because they "didn't have a lid" for the bowl. We had a disappointing experience at this Subway location. The woman with short hair and tattoos was rude and had poor customer service. She mumbled while speaking, and even the customer behind us had to ask her to repeat herself because he couldn’t hear her. She avoided eye contact and didn’t seem friendly or approachable. We had a valid coupon for two footlongs for $12.99 (expiring 05/03/2025). They scanned it once, said it wasn’t working, and immediately told us there was nothing they could do.
