I walked in about 4:00 to order 5 subs. The women working rolled her eyes at me when I placed the order for my first sub. She asked if there were more, then said in an annoyed tone, said "I have a lot to do before 4." She made it very clear she didn't have time to make my subs. So I went to the subway in Tallmadge. They were fantastic.
This is the worst subway! They careless about the customer! They don’t accept the coupons for subway because they don’t know how to use them! Don’t patronize any of the subways that J&K owns! I was reading the other reviews and they are all bad. Don’t know how they stay in business!
Walked in and was told before I made it to the counter that if I wasn't one of the pick up orders I'd have to wait awhile since those needed done. That's fine, they ordered before me and I guess the "walk in" fast food days are over. All about filling the orders that are ordered in. Just not good customer service I guess.
Going here is a strange experience. You enter thinking it would be like any other Subway you've been to...With one big exception...this location sucks, completely. To be fair, I gave it a few opportunities. On one occasion they closed early, so I wasn't able to get any food. On several other occasions they were out of items of food and/or bread.
