Absolutely unacceptable. Rude customer service. The store was empty yet I was not greeted upon entry. The protein I requested was quote "unavailable". The line was not ready to serve clientele at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Read the reviews, avoid this location.
Terrible service,food disgusting and Order was completly wrong from what I ordered. Was not greeted for at least 5 minutes when I walked in to start my order while workers were on their phone ignoring me.

- Negative for service The employee there is terrible is always grumbling under her breath. It makes the whole experience terrible. Will definitely not recommend nor return. There’s plenty of other sandwich places.
Absolutely unacceptable experience, and sadly, not the first time. I placed an order for a footlong cookie and 4 white macadamia cookies, which the store accepted. Then came the delays multiple driver changes, followed by a text from the driver saying items were missing. No one picks up the phone at the store, and customer support is just as unreachable.I specifically asked to replace the footlong with white macadamia. What did they send instead?
