I have always had a good sub from this subway, but not today. I ordered 3 subs, the meatball sub was for me. The meatballs were hard and burnt. The Cheese and herb bread was also burnt. I can't believe it, the sandwich maker had to see it as bad as it was. It should have been tossed out and done over.
Flies everywhere and understaffed
I will never go back. Your lunch break is over before u can get your food, wait time is awful. Why would you let meats run out an have to wait for a pan full to be sliced before you can get any, an at 12 o'clock. Three people on clock, one trying to wait on everyone with a backed up line. Manager saw an never came out to assist. Yes, we walked out after 20 mins along with others. You better have all day if you plan on going. I won't be back, I need a lunch break, not waiting in line.
These people are crazy. 1 person working 2 standing around. Food missing could not order what was listed.
Came here after our first pediatrician appointment at 3 days postpartum from a c section. No one is in the parking lot. We do an app order and drive over about 5 min after our appointment/after placing the order. We did wait the full 20 minutes but the food was still not ready. We watched them turn MULTIPLE customers away. It is now 30 minutes past us ordering and our food is still not ready. They did say they had a catering order to fill but 3 people are working.
