We came to get food and it was closed at 6pm? Then we were leaving and saw employees outside smoking weed in their car? Looks like they dont care about their customers.

I placed an order at 8:45 PM with a scheduled pickup time of 9:05 PM. When I arrived to pick it up, I walked inside and was told the store was closed. However, the posted hours on the door clearly stated they close at 10 PM. I explained that I had placed an order online, but was simply told I needed to request a refund. There was no explanation for why the store closed an hour early or why I was able to place an order online if they weren’t operating. The lady prepared my 12 inch Flatbread sandwich in a way I've never seen before. Instead of placing meat and cheese along the 12 inch length side, she place all on one end of the shorter side!! Wt?? Also short changing me on meat and cheese in the process!!! I've been to over 200 Subway stores and never experienced that.... Then come to find out that Subway is phasing out mozzarella cheese!!
