My family and I had one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had at a Subway. The employee on duty, Latasha, was incredibly rude and unprofessional from the start. She openly complained the entire time we were there, told us she was “having a bad day,” and took it out on me, my daughter, and the rest of my family. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Subway. The employee, Latasha, was not friendly or professional. The lettuce was brown, so we politely asked if they could get a fresher one from the back. Instead of handling the request with basic courtesy, Latasha made it seem like a huge inconvenience and responded with, “it came like this and they have to use it anyways” I work in food service as a manager, so I completely understand that these situations happen. I stopped here for lunch when I was in town doing a delivery for OHLQ. After 30 years of eating Subway, this location and its kind and friendly staff have made the best sub I have ever gotten from a Subway restaurant. It wasn't even close. Thank you so much and next time im in town you will definitely be receiving my business again. Just wonderful New review same 5 stars.
