This subway is horrible avoid going at all cost, they messed up every single one of our subs. Even after calling for a refund they were not willing to work out the situation. They would not help me put money back on my card and told me I needed to come back to the restaurant. All four of our subs came with stale Bread the lettuce tasted expired and simply just meet after we ordered our subs with detail. I’m never going back ever. STAY AWAY (LAZY WORKERS)

We went to get dinner here during normal hours and they were closed. This is not the first time this is happened… We even tried to wave through the window while there was three employees inside and no one even looked over.
No idea how this place is still open and the owners aren't in jail. They don't run a business, they run a sweat shop for teens. No breaks, long hours, no help. So many times, Vicky, has told my teenage son that he is replaceable. Great leadership. I think instead of leaving a bad review, I should file a complaint with the state of Ohio. The chicken and bacon ranch sandwich is good. But at this location it taste like sadness
