The customer service is 0 always angry 😂
I had a very unpleasant experience this morning. I asked the employee to double-toast the bread, but he only toasted the patty. When I reminded him that I wanted the bread toasted too, he rudely told me that I never said that. After that, he kept mumbling and showing an attitude toward me, which made me feel very uncomfortable. I did not appreciate the way he spoke to me or handled the situation. I believe customers should be treated respectfully, and I hope management addresses this issue.
Surprised how many people are working here at lunch time. I counted 5 employees, the lady cleaning in front of the counter looked like a manager. Good luck getting anyone to acknowledge you are standing there
Before working here they need to behave their self.. shitty behavior towards customer.. if you see someone from other religions you respect not talk rude.. They didn’t even ask me if i want tissue.. So rude
