The building was clean and food good. My problem is when I tried to use the app it kept failing regardless of what phone/card was used and there was a BOGO1 deal that I had wanted to use. When I went into the store there was no way for them to honor the coupon even after showing them that it wasn’t working. They were very friendly just wish there was a way that it could be honored when it is the stores app that was failing.
First time at the Bennett location. Friendly workers,. Bread a little tough. but all ingredients fresh. Clean environment but a little stark and bare basic atmoshere.
It's just a little store in the strip mall very clean bathrooms were clean I only had one person working there so it's like a minute but other than that it was Subway
Ever since they changed the format, the food quality has gotten worse. I don't know when they make the bread now. I never see anything in the oven, and the bread is horrible. it also seems stale. The staff just seems miserable and unwelcoming. Not going back regardless that it is the only subway here.
The people here have always been super nice!
