Have been here twice lately, ordering on the app and eating in the store, and both times have had EXCELLENT experiences! Today, it was only 1 woman working by herself. Even though she was busy, she took the time to stop and ask me if my bacon was crispy enough (I had requested it be extra crispy) and was not bothered at all that I asked her to cook it a little bit more. Some of the people who work there are amazing to bad management let's them down. Only one person was working and she was doing it all and well.
Missing a Pepsi I ordered, was supposed to either be told to grab it, and wasn’t told so what if I grabbed a soda and got accused of stealing it?, drink service is bad but everything else was okay
