Went the other night to grab a quick bite. The one employee there was nice. However the store was pretty grimy looking. I always check my ice when I get it out of a machine and I’m glad I did because there was a large chunk of mold that came out with my ice. The machine was also dripping water. I let the employee know and she said she was aware and that she told management and nothing has been done about it yet. Subway was having a BOGO promotion so I decided to go for the first time in years. I ordered through the app, picked up my sandwiches and they are the smallest, driest, most crumbly sandwiches I’ve ever gotten from a subway. They didn’t include several of the toppings I asked for and skimped on the ones they did. They barely put any meat on there and it was unevenly distributed - no meat for the first 4 inches! Super disappointed. Will not be going back.
My delivery order was made horrendously wrong. Apparently they can't read.
